Some Easy Recipes for my kids to make when they are home alone?

I work and my kids are home alone a lot and they usually eat up all the snacks within a couple days because they don’t know how to cook anything except soup, pretty much. So I was searching and I couldn’t find ANY recipes that they could make by themselves. They need to be able to do it 100% parent free. So if you could please help!? Maybe a couple would be good, or all that you have. Please?

My kids are 5, 10, and 13.

A few never fail meals for my kids (14, 12, 10) are:
Quesadillas: Spread a flour tortilla with refried or black beans top with grated cheese, microwave about 45-60 seconds.

Spaghetti and sauce of course!

Turkey roll ups: spread a flour tortilla with cream cheese, then top with turkey (either left over or lunch meat) or imitation crab, lettuce, tomatoes, onion, etc and roll up.

Sloppy Joes, using canned sloppy joe sauce.

“Monkey” fingers: Either using chicken breast or sirloin/chuck steak cut into strips. Mix up 1c flour, 1 teaspoon paprika, ½ teaspoon garlic salt, ¼ teaspoon pepper, and ½ teaspoon thyme (optional). Stir meat into flour mixture to coat. Then put on baking sheet and bake at 375 for approximately 25 minutes. Dip into ketchup, ranch, honey mustard, bbq sauce. I serve with mashed taters (use red then you don’t have to peel them!) and green beans.
