I am a pastry chef but not too experienced teaching kids cooking…any suggestions and or advice on recipes, techniques, strategy?

Be nice DON”T BE MEAN KIDS WILL HATE YOU..

Have lots of fun activities and do easy but tasty recipies such as french toast or cookies.
