Which cod dish should I serve for dinner?

I can’t decide which of these sounds better. I’m thinking of making cupcakes for dessert.

Go for the honey ginger for sure!!!!!!!! Sounds fabulous. ( Add a wee bit of wasabi to the honey ginger, it’ll put it OVER the top)
** Since it sounds like you have garlic, tomatoes and crusty bread, I’d roast the garlic and spread it on toasted slices of the crusty bread and top with chopped tomatoes ( Bit of asiago or parm on top ) for the appetizer
