i don’t know what to be when i grow up?

I always thought I’d like to do something in Culinary Arts or something like baking but then i thought I’d like to be a photographer. I found out i was accepted in an academy for media arts for high school next year. Now i don’t know what to do at times I just want to open a small bakery or cupcakery. Other times i want to open a restaurant but i don’t think it’s possible to run everything by myself cause that’s the way I’d do it, be the only chef but hire servers. And other times i would like to be a photographer.
I like to write, cook, bake, take pictures.
But i can’t decide and i don’t want to be in the academy and then get out and waste those school semesters and not get my credits. But i also don’t want start paying for one of these majors and decide not to o it and waste money.
PLEASE HELP ME!!

It sounds like cooking is a passion for you. You should look into culinary arts school. There are some really good ones like the Culinary Institute of America.

Baking is the technique of prolonged cooking of food by dry heat acting by convection, and not by radiation, normally in an oven, but also in hot ashes, or on hot stones. It is primarily used for the preparation of bread, cakes, pastries and pies, tarts, quiches, and cookies. Such items are sometimes referred to as baked goods, and are sold at a bakery. A person who prepares baked goods as a profession is called a baker. It is also used for the preparation of baked potatoes, baked apples, baked beans, some casseroles and pasta dishes such as lasagna, and various other foods, such as the pretzel. Many commercial ovens are provided with two heating elements: one for baking, using convection and conduction to heat the food, and one for broiling or grilling, heating mainly by radiation. Meat may also be baked, but is usually reserved for meat loaf, smaller cuts of whole meats, and whole meats that contain stuffing or coating such as breadcrumbs or buttermilk batter; larger cuts prepared without stuffing or coating are more often roasted, a similar process, using higher temperatures and shorter cooking times.
