Chicken wrapped in aluminium foil and boiled, what is this called?

I saw on an Australian cooking show, Huey’s Cooking Adventures, where the cook put veggies inside chicken breast, rolled that up and placed it inside grad wrap then aluminium foil. He then placed it in boiling water.

I have seen the veggies and chicken put in foil, and put near the camp fire. I have not seen the packages boiled. Sorry. allrecipes.com has foil package type recipes
