Beef Stir Fry With Rice

I think I eat healthy but I still feel hungry all the time?
This is what I usually eat most days of the week
Breakfast: It’s usually either a bowl of All Bran or Vita Brits with skim milk, and either an apple, bannana or pear.
Lunch: Usually a sandwitch with ham, cheese, lettuce, avacado and brown bread or vege soup.
Dinner: Beef or chicken stir fry with alot of greens, beef cassarole or grilled salmon with rice and veges.
Am I missing any nutrients that is making me hungry?
Oh yeah I forgot about snacks. I usually munch on mixed nuts.
(Im not diabetic, I got a blood test for diabetes a few months ago and I’m fine.)
yes you are missing something, your fats
its actually healthy to have fats believe it or not, just in right proportions. Peanut and meat fats are really the better ones. You want to stay away from the saturated fats. Plus fats are what stick with you through out the day and keep you from being hungry.
