Instructions:
Fluffy Meat Loaf1 1/2 pounds ground beef or veal 3 medium slices soft bread, torn into pieces 1 cup milk 1 egg, beaten 1/4 cup minced onion 1 1/4 teaspoons salt 1/4 teaspoon pepper 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard 1/4 teaspoon sage 1/4 teaspoon celery salt 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce Combine all ingredients except catsup; mix thoroughly. Shape into loaf on shallow baking pan. Spread catsup over top. Bake in preheated 350 degree F oven for 1 hour and 30 minutes or until done. Serve hot or cold.
