1 pound boneless pork rib meat
1 bottle barbecue sauce
1 bottle of zesty Italian dressing.
1/2 cup brown sugar (optional)

Combine all ingredients in a crockpot. Cook on LOW for 2 hours then crank it up to high for the last 3 hours. Stir occasionally. Shred meat with a fork when tender.

Best served on a roll or bun.
